Lola Face & Body Bronzer is light in texture and creamy to the touch, giving you an enhanced, radiant and bronzed effect. With micronized mineral pigments, it gives your skin a natural sun-kissed glow with a silky finish. The light-diffusing, soft-focus effect flatters and enhances every skin tone. With super tan-enhancing ingredients, it helps activate and boost the skin’s natural tanning process. As well as a protective SPF 15, the larger sized palette is designed so it can be used on the face and the body.

We totally get itβ€”sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Maybe that jumper wasn't your vibe, or thoseΒ trousers didn't quite fit right. No worries at all! We're here to make your return process as smooth as possible. Here's the lowdown on our 30-day return policy:

From the day your goodies land on your doorstep, you've got a full 28 days to decide if they're keepers. Tried them on and not feeling it? No problem! Follow the steps below to return your goods to us...

PLEASE NOTE -Β Items purchased in the sale are NON REFUNDABLE a credit note will be issued for the item/s returned.Β 

How to Return:

  1. Pack It Up:Β Pop your items back in their original packaging (or something equally safe and sound).
  2. Label It:Β Address your package to: Unit 4 Red Cow, Longbridge Way, Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1YD
  3. Drop It Off:Β Head to your nearest post office or your favourite drop-off point.Β 

A Few Little Things:

  • Items need to be in their original condition, meaning no wear and tear, please!
  • Original tags? Yep, those need to be attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resaleable.
  • Sale items have different rules, so just check the deets on those below.
  • The followingΒ items are excluded from our refund policy:
  1. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery, cosmetics and hair accessories
  2. Swimwear or underwear
  3. Event ticketsΒ 

Sale Items:

Any item(s) purchased in the sale are non refundable, a credit note will be issued for the items returned, unless faulty in which they can be returned up to 14 days after purchase date for a refund.

    Refunds:

    Once we get your return, we'll give it a quick once-over and then process your refund. You’llΒ need to allowΒ up to 10 working daysΒ (that excludes those chilled weekend days) forΒ yourΒ refund to be creditedΒ to your original payment method. Please note that original delivery costs and return postage will not be refunded unless your item is faulty.
